What photo works best for the try-on?

A well-lit, full-body photo where both legs and feet are visible works best. Stand facing the camera, avoid long dresses covering the ankles, and use a plain background if possible.

Which StarBootz colours can I try?

All nine StarBootz fur colourways: hot pink, light pink, baby blue, purple, red, yellow, lime, white and black.

Are my photos stored?

Are StarBootz true to size?

StarBootz run true to size in US women's sizing, with US men's 10 to 13 also available. If you are between sizes, take the larger size because of the fur lining.
